Staci Lagana grew up in Southern Maryland, but has called Hughesville “home” since her marriage in 2004. Staci graduated from Calvert High School, attended the College of Southern Maryland, and completed a degree program at Bradley Academy for the Visual Arts in York, Pennsylvania. After completing her studies, Staci moved back to Southern Maryland and developed interest in land planning and land development. Staci started her career with local firm, Bolton & Associates, LLC, where she excelled to a Senior Planner position, and later managed the Land Planning Department during her six years with the firm.
In 2007, Staci joined the team at Lorenzi, Dodds & Gunnill (LDG), Inc. LDG, Inc. is a multi-disciplinary firm specializing in civil engineering, land planning, surveying, landscape architecture, and environmental planning. LDG, Inc. was founded in 1953 and has been helping to shape Southern Maryland for over 35 years through its land development projects.
Staci continues to specialize in land planning and landscape architecture, and currently manages local projects including “Hughesville Station” and “The Barns at Hughesville.” Her holistic approach and understanding of the balance between environmental issues, traffic patterns, social needs, and other regional planning practices makes her a valuable member of any design project.
