Developer - Commercial Real Estate
Harold
Ray Mertz began his commercial real estate career in 1969 and specializes in
the sale and leasing of office and retail real estate properties in Charles
and St. Mary’s counties. Additionally, he serves as a development partner
for projects in Southern Maryland.
He joined Manekin, LLC in 2004 and has extensive experience in construction,development and management of projects up to $75 million in value. For the past 10 years, he was president of his own commercial real estate development firm. Prior to that, he served as president of a Bethesda-based general contractor/real estate developer for whom he worked for over 27 years.
